I felt more encouraged about the Museum’s project after our visit yesterday. Somehow- if I am not wrong- I could see a tiny green light of freedom to what we could end up displaying on representing the Olympics, and I am quite optimist about it- though can’t be sure yet
The lady who gave us the main presentation (Kathy, I guess) seemed nice, but firm!!! So perhaps we have to be super diplomatic working with her!
I think we can start the project by a ‘neutral’ research, gathering as much info, photos, videos (like interviews), sounds, else… The material we research could be developed through stimulated ideas and the group’s discussions while considering the Museum’s location, collections, passion, etc…
It would be exciting to work on the project without predicting what we might end up with. That way we would allow a room for any emerging ‘opportunities’ (borrowing John’s phrase) we notice through working on the project.
What do you think?
Ayat

Hi Ayat,
Gathering as much info as possible and analyzing and sharing how it stimulates us seems to me a good way to deal with the project at first. It takes away some pressure while being productive at the same time.
Hey Ayat,
I think its def a good start to begin to gather visual and written research on the museum- will help once we start coming together as a group
