Here are a few photos from Abbeywood Pump station.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by what Abbeywood showed me, its grandeur and history showed a different side to an era of history usually associated with stagnation and colonisation.
What an amazing site to visit, somewhere I feel deserves more visitors and much more respect from the public.

I agree with you Amy, I am glad I had the chance to visit the site. The staff welcomed us nicely and enthusiastically, which complemented the pleasant colourful presence of the place. I have been dreaming of using the site for an art exhibition (which helped ignoring my achy feet)… It is a shame that it is far from transports!!!
